Obavijest o načinu podnošenja pisanog prigovora korisnika usluga

Sukladno čl. 6. st. 3. Zakona o pružanju usluga u turizmu (“NN”, br. 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20, i 70/21) obavještavamo korisnike usluga da pisani prigovor mogu podnijeti putem pošte na adresu: Veseli d.o.o., turistička agencija, 21000 Split, A. B. Šimića 29, ili putem e-maila: info@veselidoo.hr. Po primitku prigovora korisniku ćemo bez odgađanja poslati potvrdu o primitku prigovora. Pisani odgovor na zaprimljeni prigovor uputit ćemo najkasnije u roku od 15 dana od dana zaprimanja pisanog prigovora. Molimo da u svakom prigovoru navedete kontakt adresu radi dostave odgovora.

Notice on the submission of written complaints

In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 3 of the Law on the Provision of Services in Tourism (Official Gazette No. 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20, and 70/21), we inform our customers that written complaints may be submitted by post to the following address: Veseli d.o.o., tourist agency, 21000 Split, A. B. Šimića 29, or by e-mail: info@veselidoo.hr. Upon receipt of the complaint, we will promptly send a confirmation of receipt. A written response to the complaint will be provided within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt. Please include your contact address in the complaint for the purpose of delivering our response.
